Abstract

Figure legend 1 in the letter entitled "Treatment of Alopecia Areata Profiting From `Natural' Allergy to Nickel," by Emilio Suárez Martín, MD, published in the September Archives (120:1138-1139), should have read as follows: "Extensive alopecia areata was seen in woman who suffered from allergy to nickel. This photograph was obtained about one week after beginning of treatment with topical 1% nickel sulfate in petrolatum. Observe minimal eczematization."
