JAMA Dermatol. 2014;150(10):1102. doi:10.1001/jamadermatol.2014.1153

The volunteer members of the Dermatology and Dentistry Subcommittee of the 2012 International Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Clinical Consensus Conference reviewed publications over a 15-year period ending in 2012 (Figure). By recognizing the transformative use of mammalian target of rapamycin inhibitors and placing it into the context of other treatments, this remarkable group of dedicated professionals helped to improve the care of patients with this disease complex.
