The Archives of Facial Plastic Surgery turned 13 last year and transformed into JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery. The teen years are bursting with energy, so it is appropriate that our JAMA Network editors and staff have made substantial and innovative changes for our still young journal. We would like to recognize the hard work and great accomplishments of Ronna Henry, MD, and her staff who with this issue launch the first major redesign for JAMA and the JAMA Network specialty journals in more than 2 decades. This redesign integrates JAMA Facial Plastic Surgery with JAMA and the other specialty journals in look and feel as well as content organization. Dr Henry and her team have studied and improved the presentation of tables, graphs, and figures plus modernized the typeface and use of color throughout. The order of articles and types of articles are now similar throughout the JAMA Network. This has provided our editorial board an opportunity to begin anew with manuscript organization and to optimize our blueprint for each issue.
