Rhinoplasty: Craft and Magic is a comprehensive discussion of a surgical topic that has engendered a diversity of proposed solutions. Dr Constantian succeeds not only in sharing his surgical philosophy but also in conveying his aesthetic mindset and techniques of form analysis. The conversational tone, highly understandable writing style, and numerous insights of practice give the book a feel of a fellowship-like experience.

The text is organized into 20 chapters divided between 2 volumes, with the second volume geared more toward revision rhinoplasty. Also included are 4 DVDs containing operative video of rib and auricular cartilage harvest and grafting techniques, revision rhinoplasty with maxillary augmentation, and lateral crural reposition techniques as applied in primary surgery.
