In Reply On behalf of our surgical group, I would like to thank the Editor for the opportunity to reply to Dr Cho et al’s letter. We appreciate the constructive criticism and agree with the conclusions.
As in the field of facial plastic surgery, with facial feminization surgery, rhinoplasty must be understood as one of the procedures that requires the most individualization. We are grateful that Dr Morrison has emphasized the importance of ethnicity when evaluating nasal surgery. Maintaining the ethnic and personal features of each individual is one of the fundamental pillars of our surgical group’s working philosophy, as we mention in our article.1
