In this issue of the Archives, Winkelman et al1 present the results of a survey of medical students in Minnesota that was designed to assess the students' knowledge of and willingness to implement the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Although limited geographically, the population of medical students surveyed is nationally representative, and the study benefits from a robust response rate (68%) compared with similar studies since the passing of legislation in 2010.
