In Reply An evidence-based discussion on patient-centered care for nonmelanoma skin cancers (NMSCs) is long overdue, and we thank Guerrero et al, Ibrahim, and Lichon and Goldman for sharing their opinions. All of us who care for elderly patients commonly face the challenge of how best to manage these malignant conditions, particularly as new data become available about the generally excellent results of most treatments1 and the frequency of patient-reported problems after therapies.2
