We are grateful for the comments of Dr Hull and Mr Mah. It has repeatedly been demonstrated that site investigator–classified hemorrhage rates are lower than the rates as determined by central adjudication committees. We believe that the latter are more informative, objective, and reproducible. This is the reason why we preferred these rates in our systematic review.1
