American College of Physicians.  —The Twenty-Third Annual Session of the American College of Physicians will be held in New Orleans, with general headquarters at the Municipal Auditorium, March 27 to 31, 1939.Dr. William J. Kerr, of San Francisco, is president of the college and will have charge of the program of general scientific sessions. Dr. John H. Musser, of New Orleans, has been appointed general chairman of the session and will be in charge of the program of clinics and demonstrations in the hospitals and medical schools and of the program of round table discussions to be conducted at the headquarters.

International Goiter Conference.  —The Third International Goiter Conference, under the auspices of the American Association for the Study of Goiter, will be held in Washington, D. C., Sept. 12 to 14, 1938.The official language of the conference will be English. Interpreters will be furnished for papers read
