This finely printed and illustrated book includes a series of papers presented at a symposium on nutrition sponsored by the Robert Gould Research Foundation, Inc., Cincinnati. The 17 articles, some of which assume almost monographic size, were written by a series of recognized authorities in the field. They deal with physical, chemical, physiological and clinical problems connected with the blood proteins. The book should be of special interest to clinicians, since it bridges the gap between laboratory and clinic.
