The 3 renowned geneticists from the Galton Laboratory in London compiled in this small volume an excellent collection of formulae and mathematical tables. Many of them represent necessary tools for the human geneticist. The first part of the book is concerned with the statistical evaluation of random and assortative mating, genetical problems, gene frequency, mutation rates, etc. In the second part linkage calculations are considered. About 60 carefully selected references are listed.
This 74-page volume will certainly become a valuable consultant for the research worker in human genetics.
