Goodpasture Syndrome Treated With Immunosuppression and Plasma Exchange

A 23-year-old man with Goodpasture syndrome was treated with immunosuppressive therapy and plasma exchange for moderately severe renal insufficiency and recurrent pulmonary hemorrhage. Both conditions resolved.
