• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been implicated in causing changes in renal function. We report a case of reversible acute renal failure and eosinophilia associated with indomethacin. We recommend that patients receiving diuretics and those with compromised renal function be followed up closely when treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents.
