Error in Text

JAMA Intern Med. 2013;173(18):1756. doi:10.1001/jamainternmed.2013.11249

In the Research Letter by Tal and Wansink titled “Fattening Fasting: Hungry Grocery Shoppers Buy More Calories, Not More Food,” published in the June 24, 2013, issue of JAMA Internal Medicine (173[12]:1146-1147 doi:10.1001/jamainternmed.2013.650), the last sentence of the text should have read “In conclusion, even short-term fasts can lead people to make more unhealthy food choices, picking a higher quantity of high-calorie, relative to low-calorie, foods.”
