In Parkinson disease (PD), the abnormal aggregation of α-synuclein occurs in multiple peripheral organs along autonomic neuronal processes1,2 and is thought to underlie some nonmotor symptoms. Here we report the presence of α-synuclein deposits in the gonadal tissue of 2 patients with PD.
