Baclofen in Treatment of the 'Stiff-Man' Syndrome

• A 36-year-old diabetic man with the stiff-man syndrome previously treated with diazepam improved dramatically when baclofen was added to the regimen. Cyclobenzaprine had no therapeutic effect.
