Incorrect Data and Reworded Paragraphs

JAMA Oncol. Published online February 16, 2017. doi:10.1001/jamaoncol.2017.0099

In the article titled “The Changing Role of Whole-Brain Radiotherapy: Demise or Time for Selective Usage?,”1 data in paragraph 7 concerning 2 standard deviation change were corrected. The new data in paragraph 7 read, “…if 1.5 standard deviation change in at least 2 tests is used, NCDF at 3 months becomes 19% for SRS and 45.8% for SRS and WBRT. With 2 standard deviation change, NCDF becomes 42.9% for SRS alone and 72.9% for SRS and WBRT.” Change in data led to rewording in both paragraphs 7 and 9, which have been corrected online.
