We appreciate the interest of Ganesh and colleagues in our article1 published in the September issue of the Archives of Ophthalmology. This article1 summarized the efficacy of topical dorzolamide, 2%, ophthalmic solution for improving the cystic macular lesions in patients with RP and Usher syndrome and, additionally, reported that some such patients can show an improvement in their visual acuity.
