In Reply All types of morbidity and mortality related to a procedure may be called procedure-related problems. For this reason, we have called this transient morbidity related to IAC. Blue toe syndrome was, of course, related to femoral puncture site (a component of the IAC procedure) instead of chemotherapy.1 It is easily understandable from simple reading.
