Nontechnical Factors in the Simulation of Ophthalmological Procedures

To the Editor We would like to thank Saleh et al1 for their study evaluating the feasibility of providing immersive high-fidelity simulation human factors training for ophthalmic surgical teams. The authors describe the feasibility of this approach based on Anesthetists’ Non-Technical Skills and Non-Technical Skills for Surgeons scoring tools. However, these findings may be overstated for the following reasons.
