We thank Drs Kliger and Pulaski for their interest and comments on our article1 and appreciate the opportunity to respond to their letters.

We agree that the conclusion of discouraging the use of H-ALK for other than "consecutive hyperopia following RK" would be overly broad based on the information presented as well as on the data of Dr Pulaski.
