The editors, Ted Krupin, Allan Kolker, and Lisa Rosenberg, have assembled a diverse list of experienced and well-known contributors to their book. This second edition of a text targeted to the ophthalmic surgeon, novice or experienced, includes advances in techniques since the publication of the first edition, including complications of keratorefractive surgery. In the 19 chapters, there are 387 pages with 267 color drawings and 363 color photographs. Each chapter has a complete list of references, so the reader interested in more information can access the original articles.
