The work is divided into 20 chapters, the first 3 chapters of which are dedicated to the basic science and interpretation of fluorescein angiography. Two chapters, authored by Dr Yannuzzi, are dedicated to interpretation of indocyanine green angiography and an extensive discussion of occult choroidal neovascularization. Dr Soubrane wrote the chapter discussing age-related macular diseases.
