Can You Learn Ethics?

Arch Ophthalmol. 2003;121(2):296-297. doi:10.1001/archopht.121.2.296-a

I believe that ethics can be taught in a residency program, but as is questioned by Dr Smith, Can it be learned? The basis of ethics begins to develop at an early age, long before graduate school. Can human behavior be modified in postgraduate training?
