In the article by V. Everett Kinsey, Ph.D., entitled "A Modified Concept of Aqueous Humor Dynamics and the Maintenance of Intraocular Pressure," which was published in the August 1950 issue of the Archives, page 215, the legend for figure 4 should read:

"Movement of different classes of substances from blood and out of the eye. Red arrows refer to water; green arrows, to nonelectrolytes, and blue arrows, to electrolytes, including bicarbonate." (It was originally intended to illustrate the movement of bicarbonate separately, as indicated in the text. For purposes of economy the present plate was substituted.)
