Every patient, when told he has glaucoma, has a multitude of questions to ask, either immediately or at least on the next visit after he has talked the situation over with his family. This book should be a help to the ophthalmologist in preparing the patient to ask questions which are more intelligent. Most books of this character do well until they come to treatment. This seems to be an exception, and even this portion of the book has been fairly presented, so that the average patient can hardly misinterpret whatever advice is given to him.
