Abstract

This well printed and illustrated manual is a concise, literate summation of current knowledge of the anatomy, instrumentation, and disorders of the angle of the ocular anterior chamber written by an acknowledged expert in the field. Its unique feature is the inclusion of 56 full-colored stereophotographs and a collapsible viewing device. My only adverse criticism is that the viewer is obviously fragile and awkward to use. Replacement with a standard, nonfolding instrument can be readily done, however. This manual provides an excellent introduction to clinical gonioscopy.
