Abstract

In a previous paper, heterochromia associated with coloboma of the iris was reported. This paper reports two patients with heterochromia associated with coloboma of the optic disc. These observations would tend to confirm the association of heterochromia iridum with coloboma of the embryonic cleft of the eye.
