Appointments to the National Advisory Eye Council.  —Dr. Robert S. Stone, Director of the National Institutes of Health, has announced the following new members to the National Advisory Eye Council:W. Morton Grant, MD, Professor of Ophthalmology, Howe Laboratory, Harvard Medical School, Boston.G. Richard O'Connor, MD, Director of the Francis I. Proctor Foundation for Research in Ophthalmology, University of California, San Francisco.Charles L.
