Abstract

• A simplified method for management of nasocanthal malignant neoplasms combines the laissez-faire technique first reported by this author with the Mohs technique of microscopic control of cancer cell eradication. Basically, with a little surgical help, the wound is allowed to granulate in spontaneously.
