Isolated Inferior Oblique Paresis

Abstract

• The clinical features of eight patients with inferior oblique palsy are described and the differential diagnosis discussed. Six of the eight patients were treated by unilateral superior oblique tenotomy; the conditions of all six improved postoperatively.
