Abstract

Oculoplastic Surgical Dissection Course.–The Ophthalmology Department of the New York Medical College-Westchester County Medical Center will be presenting an oculoplastic surgery course every May and November. The session held Nov 2-5, 1977 will be oriented toward the practical surgical approach to various lid and orbital problems. Cosmetic blepharoplasty, blepharoptosis surgery, lid reconstruction, lacrimal surgery, orbital reconstruction, entropion, ectropion, orbital fractures and tumors will be covered. The objectives will be to provide practicing and resident surgeons with an integrated oculoplastic surgical course employing live operations, video tapes, films, lectures, and participant's cadaver surgery. The faculty will include over 25 authorities from numerous specialties.
