Abstract

• A patient with trisomy X had concurrent pinealoma and bilateral retinoblastoma. Karyotyping, preferably with highresolution banding, should be performed on all patients with retinoblastoma to look for 13q-deletions and to evaluate the possible association between retinoblastoma and aneuploidy.
