Workshop.  —A one-day workshop on macular degeneration is being sponsored by the Scott and White Clinic, Temple, Tex, and the Texas A & M University College of Medicine, College Station, Saturday, Sept 25, 1982. Seminar.  —The Bethesda Hospital and Deaconess Association, Cincinnati, will conduct a seminar, Oct 1-2, 1982, on phacoemulsification, extracapsular cataract, and implant surgery. There also will be a seminar on using a laser in the treatment of glaucoma on Oct 9, 1982. The Midwest Glaucoma Society's meeting will be conducted April 28-30, 1983.
