To the Editor.  —I would like to thank Dr Baum for his interesting comment. I did not find the term "oculopression" in five major English dictionaries and in the Compendium of Ophthalmology.1 Although the word is used in the French language, its use in English is justified only if used between parentheses. I agree with Dr Baum that this term should be replaced by "ocular compression" and thank him for his grammatical remark.
