Abstract

This extremely well-illustrated book is distinct among the many new books on "phaco" on the market. Devine and Banko compile the individual phacoemulsification experiences of 11 of the foremost ophthalmic surgeons in the world. It is this attention to the presentation of a variety of techniques that brings this book to its position of exception and excellence, allowing beginner and experienced phaco surgeons alike to develop and/or refine their own skills and techniques.
