Retina and Vitreous, edited by Rudolph M. Franklin, covers the proceedings of the Symposium on Retina and Vitreous, which was organized by the New Orleans Academy of Ophthalmology and held March 12 through March 15,1992, in New Orleans, La. The topics include age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, idiopathic macular holes, choroidal melanoma, management of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, conditions after cataract extraction, management of dislocated intraocular lenses, and cystoid macular edema.
