Hypothesis: Endoscopic sinus surgery is indicated and effective in children.

Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common health problem for children that primary care physicians, allergists, and otolaryngologists deal with very frequently. In children, CRS is a complex disease entity. Multiple factors contribute to the pathophysiology of the disease, thereby leading to multiple treatment strategies.
