It is an exciting time in publishing as the print journal transitions to online. Because of the numerous changes that have occurred and are planned, I felt it was a perfect time to share with its readership how we have excelled and what is “in the wings”:

I do hope you see these enhancements to be exciting and attractive, and that they will entice those of you who have not been published in Archives of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery to do so and keep those of you who have published in Archives to keep sending your manuscripts our way.
