Diagnosis: Viral flat condyloma

Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) reduces the incidence of opportunistic oral infections that are strongly associated with HIV. Nevertheless, it is associated with an increased incidence of some uncommon oral diseases, such as acuminate condyloma,1 and atypical clinical patterns in other diseases, such as syphilis.2
