The computed tomographic findings were consistent with expected postsurgical changes, including widely patent maxillary antrostomies, complete bilateral sphenoethmoidectomies, and partial middle turbinate resections. Mucosal thickening was noted along the floor and medial wall of the right maxillary sinus, likely representing inflammation around the hyperdense focus (Figure 1and Figure 2).
