In Reply Our study on in utero exposure to antidepressants (AD)1 is not the first to show an increased risk of autism spectrum disorders (ASD),2,3 but to our knowledge, it is the first to specifically look at AD classes and trimester of use; it is also one of the largest longitudinal cohorts published.
