This volume from the "Encyclopedia of Visual Medicine Series" adds to the series' enviable list of contributions to the progress of medicine. The atlas is a piece of art that includes 300 superb illustrations printed on high-quality glossy paper. There is no better way to learn about a disease than by seeing the clinical findings. The book contains a large collection of pictures of common and uncommon infectious rashes seen in the pediatric population, complimented by radiographs, computed tomographic scans, and pictures of pathological changes and infectious organisms. One hundred diseases are illustrated and each is accompanied by clinical information and treatment tips.
