This issue of the ARCHIVES is devoted entirely to topics relevant to pediatricians in practice. Office management of asthma, effective communication of anticipatory guidance, screening for exposure to environmental tobacco smoke, and risk-reduction interventions for sexually active adolescents all receive attention as do the daily routines of pediatric office life: immunizations, group A streptococcal testing, and visual acuity examinations.
