Abstract

Eighth International Pediatric Congress: Arrangements for Visitors to London and U. K.—For those pediatricians who propose to pass through London on their way to Copenhagen for the Eighth International Pediatric Congress, The Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond St., is planning an "Open Day" on Thursday, July 19. In the morning parties will be conducted around the hospital and the Province of Natal Centre. In the afternoon there will be a series of clinical demonstrations. There will be exhibits in various departments of the hospital. The British Association of Paediatric Surgeons is arranging a meeting in London at the same time, and special programs are planned for surgical visitors. Visitors will be the guests of the Board of Governors to a buffet lunch and to tea, which will be available during the afternoon.
