This book is a report on the conference consisting of six lectures and numerous symposia and panels on various types of cancer and various aspects. It is essentially a compilation of different persons' experiences in the treatment, diagnosis, and causation of cancer of different types. Although not in detail, there is good expression of each person's ideas and work.
It gives the worker in the field the varied opinions of good researchers and clinical workers. It will enable the practitioner to appreciate the many differences of opinion, but it is not meant to be a textbook or a complete discussion of any one subject.
