In the article by Morrison et al, "Congenital Brevicollis (Klippel-Feil Syndrome) and Cardiovascular Anomalies," which appeared in the May 1968 issue of the Journal (115:614-620), the age of the first patient (first line in the "Report of Cases" section) should have been a "10-month-old Negro girl" rather than a "10-year-old Negro girl."
