Regarding Special Features

UNSOLICITED comments, both spoken and written, indicate that the Special Features of the American Journal of Diseases of Children are enjoyed as an educational experience by a large number of subscribers. These features are "Picture of the Month" and "Radiological Case of the Month." A notice of invitation regarding them has been published repeatedly. The notice: "The Editors welcome contributions to Picture-of-the-Month and Radiological-Case-of-the-Month; articles and photographs accepted for publication will bear the contributor's name."

A considerable number of contributions submitted by readers has already been published. Because some of them had to be rejected, it is pertinent to call attention to the objective and the established format of these features. Publication space is limited to two pages!
