Premature and High-Risk Infants.—September 1971 marks the 23rd year of the Institutes for Physicians and Nurses in the Care of Premature and Other High-Risk Infants, sponsored by the New York State Department of Health and the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare. The institutes are conducted at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center five times during the academic year, bimonthly, with a stipend provided to help cover expenses during attendance, which is two weeks for physicians and four weeks for nurses.
