Mycoplasma pneumoniae Infection Associated With Migratory Polyarthritis

A 12-year-old boy with migratory polyarthritis became infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae. His clinical presentation led to the initial diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever or juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. The British literature includes seven similar cases.
